There was plenty of room for the 14 adults we had in our group. Located close to subway access. The brownstone is beautifully remodeled with plenty of amenities and very comfortable rooms to relax in. Communication with Leonard was great!

The host was amazing and very quick to respond. The rooms were beautiful and everyone was comfortable in the shared family space and personal space. Kitchen was immaculate. Definitely recommend and would absolutely visit again. Thank you Leonard !!
