Room was perfect. Very clean and they came to clean daily which was helpful after long days. Couldn’t say more about the staff!! Hands down amazing people. Great location. This was a wonderful stay

The bellman (I think named Chris) was amazing and so nice/helpful. That being said, the room was definitely not what I’d except for how expensive this was. The bed was one of the worst and most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I have a video of a bug in the sheets as well but I was so exhausted I didn’t feel like switching rooms and it flew away. The first morning all the lights came on by themselves at 7am and again at 10:15am so I was woken up. I did tell the front desk that. It was also so noisy. Not only with delivery trucks and outside noises but housekeeping every single morning was banging into walls and super loud too. They also show an outdoor space on their website and fail to mention the picture is a suite’s personal outdoor space. It’s completely false advertising. Overall it was over a thousand dollars for a place I wouldn’t stay at again.

The staff, especially Michelle, was outstanding. The room was spotless, updated and quite comfortable and its overall style on point as an upscale boutique. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The Staff Kyle,Chris, were top notch as well as everyone ! I wish I could remember everyone’s name . Great Area We got Married in the restaurant part because of the Rain we had. They were so accommodating!

The rooms are very spacious and modern, yet warm. The shower was a big hit with my fiancée. We enjoyed exploring the area, one we hadn’t voyaged in NYC.

our check-in was early due to the flight, but the hotel held our luggage until the room was ready. by 2:30 pm we got the text that it was and we headed back to get the key cards to room 605. the staff were excellent and very welcoming, including the bar staff while we had a great breakfast. the room was very comfortable with a furnished terrace looking at the brooklyn bridge and east river, bathroom was very clean with white marble and polished wood and a well appointed room with a desk and coffee maker.

Rooms was poorly cleaned, windows dirty even saw a bug in the room when I was checking out I was staying in room 306. Staff at check in was excellent staff in breakfast area very bad got orders wrong several times made it feel like it was our fault never a I am sorry we got this wrong. etc. Had continental breakfast included really poor if you don't like sugar for breakfast. I suggest you change that to something better or just don't have it at all.
