"What a wonderful experience! We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Cliff Hotel in Negril. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Jamaican hospitality. Every member of the staff was exceptional, from the security personnel to the receptionists and waitresses. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warm smiles and excellent customer service truly made us feel welcome and appreciated. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, well maintained, and in excellent condition. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire Ocean Cliff team for making our visit so memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Negril and looking for outstanding hospitality and a beautiful place to relax!"

"This location is easy to reach from Negril by West End taxi or by car. The property is spacious, peaceful, and quiet, with a breathtaking ocean view. There’s also a mini market and restaurant right across the road, which is very convenient. My room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi, a great TV, amazing AC, and a refrigerator. I had a room right in front of the pool, although the pool was closed for cleaning during my stay. There was a small issue with my breakfast not showing on the booking, but the receptionist resolved it quickly. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Great property, beautiful views, and a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!"

"A little off the beaten path, but perfect if you enjoy peace and quiet. I stayed in a comfortable, relatively dry garden-view room. Dinner by the beach was just okay, but the sunset was absolutely stunning. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. Overall, a lovely and peaceful stay."
