The Midtown Flat is exactly what it sounds like- a smartly decorated walk-up right in the middle of Nacogdoches. This sweet space is across the street from Nac Memorial Hospital, 1 1/2 blocks to SFASU's campus & intramural fields, & less than 1/2 mile to Pecan Park. Turn in for the night on the memory foam queen mattress, which we outfitted with organic linens. Enjoy breakfast or drinks on the balcony & remember to snap a pic in front of the neon sign & gallery wall for the Gram!

Wonderful Stay!
This was a perfect spot for me to stay during the week between my SFA student’s concert and move-out. WiFi was great for my work-from-home computer, flat was cozy and had everything I needed, and it was an easy walk to campus. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching birds and squirrels in the little park across the street. Will definitely stay again!

Great Flat Close to Campus!
Our stay was great! I really enjoy the location being between campus and downtown. It was easy to navigate around and many things were in walking distance. I was amazed at how spacious the flat was. Everything was clean and I will definitely be back again.
