Everything new and modern and clean. Only one thing was disappointing. The hotel is really good and they have everything what you may need in a room, even umbrella. But we stayed there two times, in different rooms and both times there was no slippers in a room. It’s not a huge problem, but we expected to have it in a 4+ star hotel. All else was good. Especially very nice design of bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such an important time for our family. The hotel is located in a very nice, quiet, and safe area, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while our son underwent surgery nearby. It was conveniently about a 10-minute drive, making it incredibly easy to get back and forth. The rooms were absolutely beautiful—very clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, and both the room and restroom were spotless. It truly felt like a luxury experience at a great price, which was a pleasant surprise. One perk we really appreciated was the 12:00 PM checkout time instead of the usual 11:00 AM. That extra hour made a big difference and allowed us to get some much-needed rest. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative, which made the entire stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The hotel also has a restaurant with amazing dining options. Although we didn’t get the chance to try it this time, we’re definitely looking forward to it on our next visit. There are also plenty of extra amenities like a pool, hangout areas, and more that we plan to enjoy during future stays. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we absolutely plan on rebooking for follow-up appointments. Highly recommend for comfort, cleanliness, location, staff, and overall value.

Don't have to stay at resort to enjoy the events at the Convention Center. Does not provide extra bed, but rather an air mattress that deflates through the night. Overpriced and does not include microwave. Photo of pool looks larger than actual pool area. The plus is that the food in the hotel restaurants are delicious.

I have stayed here before and had a wonderful experience. It’s unfortunate this time was not wonderful. We had terrible service at the Roger. They even stated we were the first table of the night and there were only 3 table while we dined. They service was slow and we weren’t brought out our salad at all. They indicated that is was forgot when they meal was rang in. When our meal did come the salmon was completely raw on the inside and I asked for it to be cooked a bit more. The waitress disappeared for like our entire meal which was weird since they since opened. The outdoor activities were relocated due to rain and no one could find them-I brought my kids here specifically for this since we drove from several hours away. This was quite a different experience than my last visit.
