We stayed 2 nights 10/23 in a standard king room. Room was clean. Price was very satisfactory, comparatively speaking. Everything was functional as expected. No USB port for charging. Bed was a pillow top mattress and was very comfortable (we sleep on a Sleep Number at home). Took our own pillows. 24 hr front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Parking lot is well lit. It is an older building, but was more than satisfactory for us, as we just needed a reasonably priced, safe, clean place to stay with a microwave and mini fridge. I wasn’t sure what to expect as reviews I read were 1 years old and weren’t that great. !! One thing I would caution is do ask the desk for another bath mat and place it in the tub prior to showering/bathing. Unless they have since fixed it, our tub was slippery!!!

The Hotel was clean and neat with a very friendly staff. It had everything we needed and expected in a middle-class hotel. For economy, I highly recommend.

Place was a MINO: Marriott in name only. Comments about the room: Door missing half the security latch. Desk lamp had no light bulb. Heating system couldn't be used - smelled like burning wiring & put smoky odor into room - couldn't be used. Outside temperature was 26 to 30 degrees. Thank God for the blanket on bed. Cool room convinced me to avoid taking a shower. USB port on tv screen was inoperable. On checkout I asked that the room be taken out of service for safety reasons.

My family of 4 spent the weekend here as we took our boys to Diggerland. We choose this hotel because it had a pool and breakfast. It wasnt until we got there we were told the pool wasn't opened. No where on their website did they indicated this, nor did we receive an email informing us. The lady at the front desk Syanna was sweet and professional when checking us in and answering my questions. The breakdown left a lot to be desired, bagels and cereal that's all that was offered. Room keeping didn't even offer to clean our room or ask if we needed more towels. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again. There are better places around.

The pool area was under 2 inches of water in places. The night staff was rude and mean to my grandchild when she ask for a extra blanket. I had to call down and tell them to find me bedding for the pull out sofa and was sent a pillow at first but then after my second not so nice call i recieved the sheets and another pillow. Will never go back there and sadly we go a few time a year to the area.

Cleanliness wasn't taken into consideration when this hotel was rated. The pool and area around it was visibly filthy. The hot tub had one inch of green scum and a dead frog. Staff drug leaking bag of garbage from a filthy elevator. Needless to say,a healthy dose of Clorox was needed when we returned home.

Great place

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
The lobby was clean and inviting, room was clean, smelled fresh. Breakfast was not your average hotel breakfast, very good, many selections of hot or cold entrees. Of course the indoor pool and hot tub was a major plus for a mid-Feb. stay.
