Staff “Iesha” requested I show “proof” of my child’s medical condition she then when on to compare “a minor child” to her grandfather. Iesha was unprofessional, and intrusive questioning and made us feel uncomfortable as Parent with a child covered under the ADA. Iesha asked more than 2 questions regarding our service animal.

Bathroom was dirty and looked unfinished. Looked like it was a gas stations bathroom. Bed linens had visible stains as well as hairs in the sheets. Will not be staying here again.
