I was at the back of the building and I still heard disruptive noise levels from the street, from other guests, and from plumbing. There was garbage and cigarette butts in the parking lot and at the stairwell. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We clean the parking and hallways several times a day, but guest do leave there trash and cigarette butts in the parking area. We are happy that the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Totally adequate room. Clean and functional. Very limited amenities but who needs those unhealthy continental breakfasts or a noisy refrigerator in your room?

Room smelled like smoke. Only one person working. Wouldn't allow us to switch rooms. Contacted Travelocity with no response back.

I want to thank you for bringing this to my attention and apologize. The hotel is 100% non-smoking and unless the Hotel was sold-out, there is no reason the Front Desk would not move you. Thank you for writing.

Good Night, Bad Service

Pros: Nothing really.
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE and make sure rooms are cleaned.
Where do I begin... We reserved a week and a few days stay. When we walked in the room it had a unique odor. Everyday we would come back to a not clean room. Hair would be found in the shower, toilet paper on the floor that was not there when we left, even toilet paper would be in the toilet itself. One night our room was not even cleaned. We had not towels and we had no toilet paper. Called the front desk and the female desk clerk was extremely room. She made not apology and when asked to speak with the manager she said he is never there and is always gone so good luck. When we asked for toilet paper because we had none she gave an attitude. When she came to bring us some she had two rolls and made condescending remark, "would this be enough." On our last day when we checked out I went to write a formal complaint. The actual manager was there. I told him our experience and he said he would check into what happened and give me a call back. I still have not received a call back. We paid a lot of money to have this lack of service and to come to a room being dirty.
