I have stayed at many properties that belong to this hotel and each time they have been great. I haven't gotten the chance to try out their utensils or pots and pans but do plan to the next time i stay with them. One thing I love about Extended Stay America is that they are always consistent. I expect the same things every time I book my stay with them. Excellent!

Worst hotel in my life to stay

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. The hotel owner should know what a hotel should look like. Cleanness is the basic requirement for a hotel.
Location: Business trip
You won't believe how bad the hotel is. Lots of unexpected surprised. First, after checked in at 6pm, the only staff - hotel manager told us they don't have "continental breakfast" which was indicated during booking. Instead, only a coffee stand right by the elevator. When the elevator door opened, the garbage smell came up. The elevator is not fully function - it wouldn't open when it got to the floor. After getting out the elevator, the stench was filled up in the hallway. The smell is like lots of dead fish. When the tenants passed by or they left the room door open, you can smell alcohol from the person or room. In one night, I even heard dog baring from one room. When getting to my room, there were more surprises for us. No dining chairs or cookware / silverware in the cabinet. The floor was so dirty. Lots of dusts on the countertop, chest or light cover. In the bathroom, hairs (not ours) on vanity top and in bathtub. We called the hotel manager and he didn't come. After 1 hour, we called again. He came in and said they are short of staff and he is a temporary deputy for this hotel for one day/night, but he will leave a note to fix it next day. On the next day, nobody came to clean and nothing was fixed. We called again, another female hotel manager came and told us the same story. On the 3rd day, another hotel manager took the call and still nothing fixed. On the 4th day morning, we checked out. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life.

Never again.

The room was neat but not clean. I was told housekeeping was done once a week. There were no dishes or cook ware in the room. I requested fresh towels and wash clothes and received dish cloths because laundry had not been done. The staff was professionally pleasant though unaccommodating.

No dishes, silverware or even a glass in the bathroom. I was not advised if it was something I should ask for or not. Shower curtain was torn. A chair was dirty. The desk lamp would not work.

Disappointed with hotel

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Nothing close, no clock hair dryer or shampoo
There was no clock/radio in the room or hair dryer. And, I have never, ever been in a motel or hotel that there wasn't even shampoo. Unbelievable. When I left, walked through the lobby where about three employees were--no one said a word. Could have said, "Thank you" or "Have a nice stay" or "Come back again" Would never stay in this hotel or hotel chain again.

Extremely unsatisfied.

Room was not clean. There was a large group also staying there who ran up and down the halls until 3am. Was rudely told by one night clerk that the latest I could check out was 11am. Then while having to wait in the lobby for an hour for my transportation, overheard the day clerks discussing another guest's LATE CHECK OUT, and whether it was for 1pm or 1:30pm! I will not be staying at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Disappointed

Got to our room and found that it had not been cleaned after previous user. Had to change rooms. ""High speed"" internet connect is a joke. They normally charge, but let me have it free. Good thing as I could not do my normal work for the evening. Took up to 5 minutes to load one page.
