The room was clean & tidy, very inviting. The front desk staff was quick & courteous. I thought the breakfast buffet had plenty of good options.

Scary

I did not feel secure in the hotel. Security was majorly lacking.

This hotel was nice but the room smelled like cigars. It was far more accommodating than I thought and even had a real free breakfast (eggs, bacon, etc..).

Great place!

I was there on business and travelling with a pet. This hotel was very nice. The comfort level was terrific, great beds and linens. Breakfast was varied, healthy or whatever suited your fancy. Happy Hour food was terrific! I wish the pool area had loungers and not just chairs, oh well. I would stay there again.

comfort and clean... front desk not so much

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Best bed in the world! I'm not much of a sleeper but everynight of my my 4 night stay, I looked forward to having a kingsize bed all to myself! From the sheets to the pillows, to taking a running jump to get on the bed! Room was well groomed and equipted with a fridge and microwave. For Milpitas, it was a total suprise

Great Hotel ; location challenged

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast, location
The hotel room was what would be expected from a middle of the road hotel, comfy clean room with desk and chair. The breakfast was limited and generally ran out of most things including the staples like coffee and bread. The worst part of the hotel was its location; stuffed between a massage parlor and medical facility. Bottom-line don't let the hacienda facade fool you.
