I arrived really late close to 12am. The room had a bad odor when I first arrived. It smelled warm and slight cigarette smell. I eventually increased the ac to diffused the smell. Around 4am I smelled a soul odor and I couldn’t figured out where it came from. I told the front desk about this problem. All she said was you should’ve told last night. She didn’t even check out the room to see or smell the problem. She didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Also there was a pink/reddish lipstick on the sheet under the pillow. I didn’t see this until I woke up. I think thee staff should’ve followed up and see what I had a problem with instead of saying you should’ve changed the room. The staff had lack of empathy for the inconvenience. Also we when I went there, to ask the front for a toothbrush and toothpaste the staff ignored me. She was on her (Rachel) personal phone talking to another staff how to lower a rate for a guest. She didn’t acknowledge me or state I’ll be with you shortly. I

The property is in poor condition. The room was dirty upon arrival, huge gap under the door which opens directly outside. Lots of people loitering and smoking right outside the doors. My blanket, which is laughable thin and uncomfortable had a burn hole in it. This should not even be a 3 star hotel and I wouldn’t stay here again, even though the staff were friendly and helpful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quiet, comfortable, amenities nice

Very nice quiet comfortable it was a pleasure staying here. I was staying for business and it was very comfortable. Large desk and chairs, comfortable beds nice big screen TV, refrigerator kitchen microwave, great amenities easy parking. Will love to stay again sometime soon!

Bath tub needs to be clogged

The bath tub was clogged, floor was dirty which was confusing because it looked clean until we seen our feet. Its a nice place but they need to double check the rooms thorougly.
