They have cockroaches. The first night was fine. Next evening, we came back from Great America to cockroaches in the room. They only wanted to move us up a floor or two. I demanded to move across to the other side of the hotel. DISGUSTING, I will NEVER stay there again!!!

Night manager rude. Wouldn't allow us to use the restroom before going to the room after a 13 hour drive in the rain and fog.

Disappointed

We found bed bugs on our bed. At first they just offered to change our sheets but after us demanding more they switched our room. Never the less, with the price of the room one would expect greater cleanliness.

Good rate, but hotel was disappointing.

Cons: Cleanliness - staff needs to be able to understand customers and vice-versa.
Room was ok for the rate - wasn't expecting a 4 Star experience, but wasn't expecting the water to turn off in the middle of the shower and when we asked for another room - was told they wanted to fix it first. When I told them that wasn't acceptable answer the front desk person said he would try and get us another room but it would be about 30 minutes even though the hotel was not full. The front desk person in the evening was friendly, but was difficult to understand and was the only one working and he didn't answer the phone when we called - had to go the lobby for service. The room was dirty. Would not stay again.
