"The staff was rude, during check in she was talking on the phone with her air pods in and giving minimal information. Towels were NEVER available, they had us come back 3 separate times to ask for towels and kept telling us to come back in 30 min, we eventually just bought towels across the street. The hotel smells like MOLD… the ac blows cold STINKY air… it was just not a good experience for us."

"Nous sommes restés 2 semaines au oceanside, et c’était merveilleux! J’étais vraiment stressé , nous sommes un jeune couple dans la vingtaine qui vient du Canada et je ne savais pas à quoi m’attendre. C’était la première fois qu’on louait une chambre d’hôtel à l’exterieur de notre pays. Mais c’était tellement propre,beau, ça sentait bon, les lits étaient confortables, tout fonctionnait à merveille. Ils ont des chaises de plages et des parasols à disposition (gratuit) , des serviettes de plages. Bref tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le personnel était merveilleux ! Les petits déjeuners etaient super. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était génial. On y a mangé SOUVENT!!! Tout était délicieux! Je recommande cette hôtel , et c’est certain que si je reviens à Miami, je vais revenir au Oceanside :)"

"Horrible. Every single item or experience is an extra fee or heavily monitored, effectively killing any relaxing vibe you might want for the high, "luxury" price you pay. This is a tourist trap extraordinaire. It made me feel like I was paying to be in a place trying to extract from me, not serve me. And yes, I did complain twice to the front staff about these issues - to stony faces and lame excuses that were canned and code for "we don't care." The resort fee is $60/day (which is not made clear on Orbitz, where I booked it), yet when I went in February the pool and all outdoor facilities - which is what the resort fee pays for - closed at 6pm. We were told it closes at "sundown," even though they clearly have outdoor lights for the whole outside facility. Want to swim in the evening or night? Nope. And if you dare to be in the pool at 6:01, there were six staff for every one guest to tell you to get out. You have to wear an armband everywhere you go. There is no coffee in the connected by long walks) to their coffee in the room. You can pay $10 for a cup of coffee at their coffee shop. But don’t try to drink it by the pool. Those seats and lounges require you to pay a fee, even in February when there was NO ONE there. If you don't want to pay, you can find a free lounge on the outer fringes. And if you try to sit without paying, there are staff to tell you to move immediately."
