"Great find in a quieter part of Miami Beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Tavern restaurant connected to the hotel is charming and the food was great. Rainy weather prevented us from using the pool, but it was a really cute space. Definitely recommend!"

"The hotel itself was amazing. It did have good pool and jacuzzi. As an expedia silver member I was eligible for an upgrade and free wine; when I asked for the same they did not provide me an upgrade. They mentioned they were fully booked and did not provide free wine bottle as well."

"This is a stunning hotel with magnificent beach views. In my view though, the room was overpriced. Besides having a great view it was large. But, there was not appropriate space to lay out luggage. The room surprisingly smelled stuffy/stale. The hotel was very clean, but the room itself felt like it would have benefited from a bit of extra time in that department. The shower, while large, felt dingy. Not sure if the tiles/grout need to be freshened or if it was unclean. The valet staff and bell-hop were excellent. The front desk staff upon check in was no particularly friendly. It felt like they were going through the motions waiting for their shift to end. Later that evening, the front desk staff were much more helpful! I did inquire about booking a beach cabana but was told I had to book that from pool/beach staff. As a disabled woman, that was not helpful. Navigating outside to find staff to book this in advance was particularly challenging, so I did not book anything. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful and breakful was wonderful! Eden Roc was wonderful to experience once, but I don't think it was so amazing to justify the high price that I paid."
