Average hotel. Noticed few things during our stay. - The staff outside the hotel is "valet only" staff. Don't expect anyone to help you with your bags. - One day, our room was not made up. Looks like they are "scheduled". Not sure if they do it daily by default. - Zero sound-proof. We heard literally everything our room neighbors said. - We didn't rent a car but if you do, expect a front parking of just 4-5 cars. So, don't take a car with you. - No late checkout available. Good things. - The pool is good.

Room set up was weird. No privacy. The sinks were in the bed room and the bathroom door doesn’t actually close, just swings We were told to go to the front desk to get a discounted coupon for the on-site restaurant. They didn’t explain that the restaurant was buffet only and that there was no dinner menu available. I ended up paying $100 at the front desk for a dinner that was nonrefundable with a minimum buffet. I felt totally conned.

I booked ocean view room. Hotel gave me lower floor room without any ocean view. Such a rip off. I ordered additional towels. Never got them. Valet rates are outrageous. They even charge extra $20 if you are arriving earlier than 3 pm. Such a ripoff.

Front desk staff was not very helpful. Even before the stay, I called to ask some questions. They were not helpful and lacked interest when asking basic questions (i.e. parking at the hotel). Also, there was a clump of hair in the bed upon check in. I wish I could attach the photo.

The room floor was filthy, our white socks were black by the end of the day. Staff did not have warm greetings or feel like they were very interested in helping us. We had no blankets on our beds only two bed sheets, we called down for blankets and it took 45 min to receive and they were thin prison/type blankets. Overall not a good experience. Pool was nice, ocean was close.
