Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends. Night reception on 11/6 was rude to several people, including us. Morning reception ladies were great. Dining area is too crowded and you need someone to coordinate it. Too many rude guests just taking up space or cutting in lines, shouting across the area, etc. your method of tracking who paid takes too long. Why give tickets if they need to be double checked. Room was ok but our room phone didn’t work and was not fixed after reporting it. Hot water was intermittent. Need to include your “destination fees” on the website price. It’s a scam that everyone is doing and it’s not ethical. It’s not fun to arrive and be charged an additional $150 dollars.

They don’t have the pool ready to use, thought they don’t offer any compensation. Guests have been eagerly waiting for the promised amenities, only to be met with disappointment. The management's lack of communication has left many feeling frustrated and undervalued. As the days pass, the excitement for a relaxing getaway diminishes, overshadowed by unmet expectations. Some patrons are even considering leaving reviews to express their dissatisfaction with the service.

The hotel upgraded my stay to a suite with my own private Terrace! I was happily surprised. I also always enjoy the nice included breakfast and the rooftop pool. I like President Villa and will definitely come back for a 3rd time and more.
