Location was amazing. Room was ready when we arrived and staff was super nice and helpful. The pool area is really nice and the beach service is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the room we got on the 2nd floor was noisy due to some kind of engine that runs all night and we were moved to one on the 1st floor that was quieter but dark. But overall, we had great time at the San Juan hotel. Recomend!

The location is very good, with several restaurants and shops very close. Parking is a bit more complicated because their valet parking services take 30 minutes to bring you your car. There are some parking garages near by but you still have to walk 1-2 blocks to park. The hotel itself is nice, however the rooms seemed a little dated, but they were nice and clean. The hotel’s beach access is about two blocks away from the hotel, but it was very nice that they have chairs and umbrellas included at the beach

Staff was pleasant. When I opened my door to the room, there was no strike plate to secure the lock, it had been clearly damaged and not repaired. That would have been fine until I laid down to go to bed and bed bugs were visibly present. Called front desk and they sent a maintenance guy with a spray bottle, when I indicated that would not work, they tried to bring me new sheets. Immediately checked out and had to find another hotel at 11pm at night.
