Overall the service and staff were the standouts; very friendly and accommodating and I really liked you could text to request items needed for the room. It is a boutique hotel so on the smaller side but the king room had adequate space.

A very, very nice staff at the hotel (desk, bar, luggage). We are like "at home" with such a people !! But the hotel need some investments to keep the status of "a good hotel near the beach". Great option for the price and the location

I was very happy with the San Juan especially for the price I paid. Its location is perfect. The room was large and very clean. My only complaint was that the thermostat in my room didn't work so I had to ask them to turn off the AC completely because it was too cold. But afterwards it was comfortable. Overall, I don't think there are better options on South Beach at this price point.
