A true gem in the heart of South Beach. Very clean, comfortable and centrally located to grocery shopping, coffee shop, restaurants and around 15 min walk to the beach. Very reasonably priced and excellent communication before, during and after my stay.

Great location. Felt safe in the area. There's food n stores within walking distance. Room had a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Spacious apartment in a quiet area. Pretty central, bright, clean and independent. The only problem can be restricted parking zone. The towing companies react swiftly and charge (cash only!) heavily. The place is spacey and equipped with all we needed. The tile floor (ground floor) gave a weird feeling of not beeing level and my hubby claimed he smelled mold everywhere (nothing was visible buttheroom looked recetly painted). Location great for parks, beach, shopping; the Whole Foods and Walgreens are about 10min stroll away.

Very clean

Very clean, chic and has everything we needed. Nice location. Close to whole foods grociery store. The king bed is very comfortable. They have already put new dish-sponge and detergent and also dishwasher detergent in the room. Only one negative thing is the sofa bed. It is small and uncomfortable. Other than that we loved everything
