The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated how clean and organized the property was. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Overall, this hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

The San Juan hotel did not look like the pictures, it should not be a 4 star hotel. The hallways were narrow with uneven floors and dated carpets. The beds were short and low to the floor. The pool was nice but there wasn't a lot of space so it fills up quick. You also have to walk to the beach, I suggest a hotel with beach front access. The San Juan is suitable for a night, any longer and you should stay elsewhere.
