A horrible experience

This hotel charged us 256 dollars a night, and it was horrible. It was dirty, with water leaking on the hallways, many guys hanging out in the parking lot. Smell of marihuana was present everywhere. We called the front desk for a missing blanket and we were told they had no more. A horrible experience.

Check in process and staff where great. Property was older, wasn’t kept up to date. Seem to house long term residents, parking lot had numerous people hanging out or sleeping in their automobiles. Room was very generic. Plumbing was terrible…toilet would barely flush, shower/tub filled with water when showering.

Harvey is the best. His customer service is spectacular. He’s polite and respectful when checking you into your room. Wish there were more Harvey’s in this world, what a better place it would be. Motel 6 is blessed to have him helping customers.

I wouldn't house a mass murderer there. The attendant did not greet or even once look up at me. I asked where the elevator was and she just pointed. The rooms look and feel like one step up from a jail cell. They had no soap or shampoo.

Staff awesome motel sucks

Staff went out of their way to help desiree was awesome. The location is good was close to everything i needed. There was no charge for my having a pet which is mostly why i booked here. I paid extra for a fridge and microwave there wasnt a microwave in the room they made sure i got one. This place is waaay overpriced for what it is. Theres roaches and drug activity especially at night. There was a uhaul van parked in parking lot with at least 8 cats trapped in it. The parking lot is way too tight. When trying to navigate thru it was horrible. Random prostitutes in parking lot at different times. Only 1 elevator which is slow, the size of a closet and smells horrible.

Honestly there were a few staff who actually helped, but they never came around to clean the rooms, refused to give us new bed sheets when asked because I had got surgery honestly over all it could’ve been better! The least they could’ve done was let us stay until 4 pm but the manager said no because they get “packed” which is confusing !

I had to leave and cancel and make the check out around 9:00 pm. Room had the bed and sheets very dirty, elevator didn't work from 9pm to 5 in the morning. Stairs are so unsafe, bad smell and so many other things. I moved to other hotel.

Extremely horrible experience. Dirty, does not look anything like the pictures online. I had to check out the same night and book with another property. There was pee in the elevator, the rooms were so dirty. The towels were stained. The smell was so bad. We were in town for less than 24 hours and this was the only place close to the events location which is why I picked it out. Ended up booking with another hotel farther away. Do not recommend

The door to my room barely closed, looks like it had been pried open with a crowbar at some point. The light switch by the door didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t close. Dew accumulates on the floor and furniture throughout the room, no WiFi, no working phone in the room. The elevator was so slow it was scary and the stairwell smelled strongly of piss
