The house was fine at best. Did not feel real clean and that may be because it’s very dated. The lower level shower curtain was full of mold. With a little TLC this could be an awesome house.

We had 8 people in our party and had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. It was a plus that the property had a pack and play for our toddler grandson. It is open and airy so you don't feel stuffed in together. The kitchen is well stocked and large with the dining on the same level. Great space for our family!

Had a wedding at the Monroe. Super convenient as it’s just a 1/2 mile away. Perfect for 6 adults and kids as the extra beds were just twin size. Happy with our stay. Would stay here again

Decent price and lots of room if you have a few people. We had issues when we were their that hopefully the manager can address but they didnt while we were there. The check in instructions incorrect. My passcode was suppose to be the last 4 of my phone number but it wasn't. The hotwater in shower was lukewarm at best. Had the water running for over 15 mins and no change. The outside trash bins were full and smelly. Not sure why this wasnt cleaned out prior to us arriving. We tried to ask for a day off our trip when we got their since we booked for 3 days but only needed 2. We couldnt get that reimbursed. Other than those issues it was good.
