Stunning sunset views

Beautiful views of Smokehouse Bay. Located on the 4th floor the balcony has a great view of the marina and the bay. This lovely condo is a two bedroom two bath with a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a shower/ tub combination. Esplanade not only has several restaurants on site but also other shops, is close to Winn Dixie Supermarket and other restaurants. Esplanade has a great atmosphere and is a great way to spend your vacation. There is a pool and a gym on-site.

Great Location, Terrific Property

This condo is in the Esplanade development in the heart of Marco Island. We found it to be very clean and in excellent overall condition. The unit is very well equipped and stocked. The beds are very comfortable with top of the line linens throughout the property. Covered parking in a nice, well lit ramp is a positive, as is the covered deck that overlooks the marina and bay. Restaurants abound within minutes. We will definitely stay at this property again!
