Gorgeous and only four blocks from the beach, Cottage Ct is decorated in a nautical theme throughout the house. This lovely home has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a kitchenette upstairs; all TVs are YouTube TV. The patio boasts a lovely pool and spa that spills into the pool and has a summer kitchen that is great for grilling. Cottage Ct will sleep nine guests comfortably. With only four blocks to the beach and a pool in the back yard this Florida retreat home will be one you will want to come back to year after year
There is a two-week minimum stay required. All bookings for less than the two-week minimum will be declined

Summer holiday

Our stay for 2 weeks on Marco Island was very pleasant in large part due to the house. The pool and hot tub were a great hit especially with the kids. Clean and maintained weekly. Even though the house is a little outdated in terms of decor, it serves its purpose really well. The built in BBQ needs fixing as it’s broken. They have supplied a small BBQ with gas tank but that isn’t in great shape. Towels were fine but linens could be upgraded Overall we had a nice stay at this house. Thank you to Kelli for accommodating a few requests.

This house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. We had our 4 daughters, one son-in-law and our 4 week old grandson. The house and pool were clean and we had a great time! The house has MANY beach towels so you don’t have to bring your own. There are not a lot (hardly any) washcloths, bath towels or hand towels but we just picked up some of our own and it worked out great. We had one issue that our representative handled quickly and to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Spring break

House was good location to beach. Had beach furniture that was supplied but most was broken and rusty. Master bed very uncomfortable/broken down. Pool was dirty and there was nothing to clean it with. Most of the pool side furniture was broken. Neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Internet went down part way through our stay. Living room furniture was not comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for all types of meals. Plenty of beach towels and bath towel. No wash cloths. Water for showers was not hot but likely they have water heater turned down for safety. No broom or sweeper in the house to clean up floors from sand tracked in and that would have been nice.

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property! It was a perfect house for our extended family to get together and had plenty to do for adults and young children both. There was a ton of pool/beach toys and supplies in the garage and the house was beautiful and very clean!

FAMILY GETAWAY

We stayed at this property first week of December. There were 4 adults and 3 children. The check in process was super easy and the lady that checked us in super friendly. The house was clean and very well stacked with kitchen utensils. The pool was nice and warm. The only thing i did not like were the mattresses. Very soft and used, but other than that everything was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.
