I booked because of the revues that said it was close to the water and could hear the waves from the room.our room was without a window,over looked the noisy lobby and had a walk way outside our glass slidying door.Somw women standing watching us in our room.no easy access getting into doors with luggage.There was a dog barking down the hall and because they were booked could not give us a different room.WI-Fi didnt work either.Was an extreamly disappointing and unpleasant stay.

It was close to where we got off the Badger..other than that ...it was short staffed like everywhere else. There was no clean towels and bedding available when we asked for more..the king bed had two fitted twin sheets placed horizontally. (We asked for a king size sheet..were told they had none...said laundry had to be sent off-site and it wasn't ready) No pool towels available. The pool had a underwater light fixture hanging out. The sauna a had two screws, no handle on the door and the hot tub was out of order. Ck in was at 4 and our room was not ready. The Kleenex dispensers in the bathroom were broken..there was 1 shampoo/conditioner & 2 towels in a suite reserved for a family. The staff on hand was very very nice but the overall stay was very very very disappointing.

I wanted to love it but they were understaffed. The hotel was not even busy but the staff seemed overwhelmed. It was just sad.

Since there is no maid service there should be someone at the front desk for towels and ammenties. Every time I went no one was there. Had to make several trips. Room wasn’t ready for two hours when we arrived there.
