The staff were continually rude and seemed offended if we asked them a question, while they were scrolling through their mobile phones. The sheets had stains on them, the curtains in our room were shredded. The breakfast was marginal. But each morning I went down to get a cup of coffee and the urn was empty. I had to search to find the girl in charge of the kitchen and found her behind the registration desk with two other staffers chatting away and scrolling on their phones. When I told her the coffee urn was empty, her response was, "Well I can't replace the urn until the one in the dining room is empty." So how could she even know it was empty when she wasn't at her assigned post and was instead chatting away with other young staff. You walk away with the impression that the very young kids who seemed to be running the place hated their jobs, resented the guests and just wanted to be left along. Visit this place at your own peril.

I was unaware there was a $25 charge per day for my small dog, else I would have gone elsewhere. Also, the AC/heat was super loud in the bedroom, no one cleaned our room on a two day stay. We were told they only clean every three days. Had to go pick up towels and supplies on our own after running out. I paid for two days full breakfast, and there was no regular coffee the first morning at breakfast and no eggs with more than an hour to go on the second day. Totally unacceptable!!
