This property was a bit misleading. I was under the impression that it had a full kitchenette, but it was the same as a regular hotel but with cabinets and a sink. There waa the normal microwave and mini fridge, but no burner. The only ice machine that worked waa on the bottom floor and our "suite" was on the fourth floor. Also, the fitness room had 2 machines aand the pool was closed by public health which really had my kids in a mood. Although the staff was very accommodating, and offered to cancel the reservation with no penalty.

I booked the hotel on the wrong dates. Then I reserved an accessible room. I was very tired. We had travel a long way with 3 yo and a10 month old to a memorial service for a family member in Chicago. The front desk clerk got us on track and was very professional.

Enjoyed the suite but had some issues getting the water to completely shut off in the tub. There was a nice outside area to relax. The breakfast was average but coffee not very good and breakfast staff not very hospitable.

Out place to stay in Louisville
Clean, comfortable, affordable hotel. We love the separate room were we can watch tv without laying in bed. Close to many restaurants and the Mall at St. Matthews.

Breakfadt was good...but..this is the our second stay here in two years and still the pool was not available; at least this time a note with option to refund if came to swim, of course find other accommodation during spring break with my 3 kids. Elevator wouldn't open for some time, when it did, it slammed into me when I was exiting. I told the front desk what occured and until I wrote out a statement I requested, there was little concern for the occurrence. It hurt! Had it been one of my kids it would have thrown them to the ground.

Arrived at 8:30 at night and unfortunately there was a sign the guest service would be back shortly. She arrived almost 15 minutes later. Room very clean except housekeeping missed a wash cloth from previous guest hanging in shower. Hotel in great updated condition.
