Everything and staff was great. Only issue was that it was a hard mattress and you couldn’t open the window to regulate the temperature when needed. The air conditioning was hit and miss. Breakfast was impeccable and my luggage was stored with care.

My only downside was breakfast on a Sunday is not until 7am would be nice if it was 6 or 6:30 especially with Eurostar check in being from 7:15 for the 1st train on a Sunday

Can't get any closer to Kings Cross station! Staff was super friendly, rooms clean and well appointed. A pantry in the hall for coffee, tea, snacks, and one in the room as well. Included breakfast was great! Great experience. Will go back
