The room was very clean and welcoming. We were very tired and did not go out. We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant and slept very welll. The breakfast was good.

Everything was really good at this hotel and great value. We had a 5th floor room so in the eves but it was surprisingly spacious and really quiet. Breakfast was à la carte and very good A small pet hate: why so stingy on milks for the in room tea and coffee??

Excellent location, the room i booked although quite small was absolutely spotless with everything I needed. Very classy. It is literally next to St Pancras and Kings Cross so perfect location for getting the train the following day

Dispensers for hand wash,shampoo etc impossible to dispense! The overhead shower was whatever the opposite of monsoon is. A mere trickle. Bed comfortable. More milk needed for coffees.

The front-of-house reception staff displayed exceptional professionalism when interacting with customers, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was of excellent quality and so quiet never heard any noise at all. Would highly recommend this Hotel

I checked in on January 9,2026.The room was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. I arrived at the hotel at 1045 pm to find that the door to the hotel was locked. I could not find any bell or intercom. I knocked for a long time on the door but no answer. Attempted to call the hotel without success. I walked further down the street to a bar that let me in and directed me to the front desk. I was told by the receptionist that there is a doorbell but it’s hidden under the Christmas decorations. The hotel website lists room service as an amenity , however I was unable to order as it ended at 1030 pm. The dining area for breakfast was warm , clean and inviting. Don’t bother with the breakfast. My eggs were overcooked, ham was too hard to eat and my toast was cold.
