Horrible Experience

at first we walked in, the customer service front desk was a little rude and she gave us wrong information. She told us that they have complementary water from 5 PM to 10 and they never offered us the water then we noticed that the living room sink wasn’t working properly and the water was being stuck there. so for the rest of our stay, the living room sink wasn’t working and the air conditioner was making a lot of sound so we for zero sleep.

First, the good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was miles better than most hotels. Great variety of food, and eggs and omelets cooked to order by cheerful young staff. OTOH, we could hear every word from the guy next door (who was enthusiastically teaching his kid how to play video games). Also, the point of a suite is to have somewhere other than the bed to chill, but someone procured THE most uncomfortable couch and chair I have ever experienced. Also, the TV is on some limited operating system that lets you sign into your Netflix account, but no Prime, no Apple, etc. That's just substandard. At this price point, I'll look elsewhere next time.

OK Place For One Night

We accidentally booked ourselves here and could not cancel or move the booking elsewhere so we made the best of it (long story). That said, I've always enjoyed Embassy Suites because you have enough room to feel like you can breathe. This one feels tired and in need of a much needed refresh. The beds were comfortable enough - we both slept through the night. But we could hear the snoring from the room next door - it sounded like a low rumble. While they have make your own omelette station, the breakfast was passable. We were on our way soon after breakfast so we cannot comment on the amenities but there was a family enjoying the pool and jacuzzi as we walked back from breakfast to our room. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Kristen the receptionist was condescending and gave so much attitude. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. The AC in one of our rooms stopped working. Thankfully, we had another room and we were able to stay in there. The hotel was nice enough to refund us one night. The restaurant had really good food, and there were restaurants nearby which was very convenient! Overall, we might not stay there again, but I’m not opposed to going to another Embassy Suites.
