Home was exactly as advertised. Close to town, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Will definitely use on next trip to Lockhart!

Host was nice and easy to communicate with and answered quickly if and when I had a question. Cleanliness was ok. Shower, shower curtin and window ledges were in need of cleaning or replacing. Neighborhood was fine but the neighbor had a dog they left outside at night and it cosistanly bared every 15 minutes or so from about 10:30pm until around 4 or 5 am. I was there 5 night and only slept uninterputed over 3 hours on the first night. This took some of the enjoyment out of what I was there to do because I was very tired each day. If the neighbors dog is going to be outside in the evening, this is not a place to stay unless you plan to be up all night. Other than those things, no issues with anything else. Thanks, Jacob

This is a very neat cottage. The neighborhood is so quiet at night. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the wooden floors. Close to good food and downtown shops. Enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this cottage.

This was such a cute house! Super clean! Updated! The area is a little poor but everyone kept to themselves. Very quiet neighborhood. Very close to a lot of restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!
