We liked the property but someone walked into our room at 9pm. Can't figure out how they got in. Also, there was street racing around 1am that woke us up. I would recommend asking for a room on the opposite side of Westport Rd

Hotel staff was amazing- very welcoming! Parking was an issue. I chose this hotel for the parking on site but wasn't aware that it was close to bars in the Westport area and that patrons of those establishments would park in the hotel parking lot. Could not find parking Friday evening- had to drive around until one opened up.

Park at Your Own Very Real Risk

The first night of our two-night stay, someone broke out the rear passenger window of our truck and put multiple cracks in the front passenger window while it was parked in the hotel parking lot. The thieves stole insignificant items from the vehicle. Outside temperatures were freezing and below, and we were hours from home. Since it was Sunday, we were unable to have the windows replaced. We felt uncomfortable parking our unsecured vehicle in the parking lot overnight again, especially since the hotel has no surveillance cameras covering their parking lot. So, facing a cold and noisy trip home, we asked if the hotel would cancel the second night of our stay. We were lead to believe they would, so we left shortly after normal checkout time. To date, the hotel has not refunded us for the second night. They did go ahead and charge us for a bag of chips and some beef jerky we picked up from their shop. Additionally, another guest’s car disappeared completely from the parking lot that same night. We don’t know the circumstances around that, but we got the feeling this is not completely unusual.

The room was 250 dollars and the television did not work. The desk ladies did all they could. Gave me 3 different remotes and a set of batteries so I could figure it out. They agreed to give me credit, but since I used Expedia, I was out of luck. They did comp me my Gatorades.

I’m a local and picked a hotel to stay in with my visiting daughter. I wasn’t sure at first but I arrived and was extremely pleased with our whole stay. It’s a very convenient location in the center of a hundred things to do a good restaurants in every direction. We’ll stay again, thank you!

Only one elevator seemed to work and it had a light at the top falling in. Additionally, when we got to our room the bed wasn’t even made. The girl at the front desk was super sweet about it and gave us a different room. The entire 4th floor smelt like old cigars and cigarettes.
