Everything was great except the shuttle services. only a small shuttle every hour, we waited for over an hour at the airport for one to arrive. I tried to sign up for the shuttle in the morning but they didn't have an opening until 8 am. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice clean little room. The TVs are decent size. Not like the average 32in in most hotels. The restaurants in the area are plenty to choose from. Overall not a bad room for the price.

I got the room so i could basically get a nap during my layover at LAX. The shower and bed were great. I specifically booked the hotel for the shuttle service to and from the airport. What they didnt tell me is that it only comes once during the hour so i waited 50 minutes for it. And then in the morning it wasnt running yet so i had to take an uber. Also they said the first 3 hours of shuttle service were already full. It was veyy irriating to have to deal with that on next to no sleep. Check in was easy and the bed felt great. Nice and soft. I probably wouldnt pick this option again if i was doing a layover again.

When I got off the shuttle with eight other people to check in I was first through the door to the desk and nobody was at it. Made some noise a girl finally came out with a candy bar in her hand wouldn't look at me and then sat at the computer tapped for about a 40 seconds then took a big bite of her Snickers and started to ask me for my ID and credit card extremely unprofessional
