The staff were very nice and the room was mostly clean. However, they leave the dirty laundry sitting outside some of the rooms on the first floor, so I’m not sure if that is what’s causing a very bad smell of garbage as you’re walking from the lobby to the rooms. The parking is also narrow and limited. A plus was the Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel.

No kitchen here. No complimentary/continental breakfast. Just a restaurant on site. No one was in there all week. Room was clean. Not a hotel. Its a motel right off of the highway exit and very noisy. Rooms walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. For the price its okay. I'd rather not stay right off of the highway. Plus there was no where to walk in the mornings. Very commercial area.

The staff were great. Check in desk were friendly and helpful. Stayed while we attend Universal Studios. Outside was nothing fancy, but room were updated and clean. The price was the best we found for our stay. Would stay here again for sure.

I will admit at first just Going by what it looks like the building itself me and my family were iffy but as soon as we walked into our rooms 1 king the other 2 beds were surprised it was so roomy big and so clean and nice we loved our stat the pictures on the website don’t justify it we will be coming back we traveled as a family and kids with us it was quiet no problems no loudness we felt safe

The room was clean..staff nice. However, there was a massive water leak through the AC unit. Additionally, the combined AC and heating unit had a rancid smell, so I was unable to use either.
