It's a beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The only surprise was having to pay $20 for mandatory valet parking but the staff was very polite and helpful.

We just needed somewhere to stay after being at Universal and horror nights all day. It was comfortable, breakfast was good. Mandatory valet for $20 was quick and easy.

Front desk staff are friendly and very accommodating. We changed rooms on a multiple night stay and housekeeping staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was excellent very clean hotel.
