We really love our room, the check in staff and the concierge lady, BUT it was not explained to us that what they called "presentation" actually was a saleswoman trying to get us to buy shares. This was not ok with us and we did not went there to spend 90 mins with a stranger who at the end of was mad at us because we told her we will not buy or sign in for any shares and that she is just wasting her time. We will not next time we stay there, but they should explain better to the customer what was this "presentation" all about. We were told that since we booked through Travelocity we qualify for a free breakfast after we listen to the presentation. We agreed but we definitely did not expect or we explained what this so called "presentation" was about.

We have stayed here five times over the past 10 years but this will be the last. Tried to extend our stay a couple of days but the front desk refused to book us saying they don’t do reservations. They don’t do reservations?!!! This place seems to forget they are a “hotel”! The place was over half empty! It was mid-week after all. They are far more concerned with selling people timeshares than dealing with those who don’t want to purchase “the program”. We went through that hell the first time we stayed there and vowed to never do it again. You just have to be as aggressive saying “no thanks” as they are pushing it on you. And it doesn’t seem to phase them when you tell them you have a family member who is an owner. You guys won’t have to worry about selling us on the experience ever again because we are done with Wyndham. But here’s some advice. If you don’t want people staying with you who are not “owners”, then don’t open your mighty “resort” up for reservations on Travelocity and other sites.

Off The Strip - Too Far!

Cons: Shuttle to more than one casino and not just to Harrahs. More lights around the area/street. Did not feel safe walking at night.
The only problem my family and I endured is that the hotel was too far off the strip for us and that the shuttle only went to one hotel, Harrahs, out of all the hotel casino's in Vegas that's the only stop the shuttle made. The rest of the time we had to pay for a Taxi or Uber. We did a lot of things that required us to be in the heart of the Vegas strip so staying that far away was costly, however, the hotel was nice. The staff was great, lots of amenities! Also the pool was always packed. We never got the chance to lounge because there was only one pool and it was not big enough to accommodate as many people as there were so we never got to lounge by the pool. Still a decent/nice resort.

Wyndham ...Timeshare or not to Timeshare

Vegas Checkin was smooth and agent was very nice at 1:00am. Was told to come down in the morning for a welcome packet with coupons. My family is already a timeshare owner with Wyndham but during this visit I did not use the points. But mentioned in my reservation that was already owner. Went to the counter next morning with my gal friend. Walked up to the desk and salesman about leaped with happiness to see a possibility of a sales pitch. To his dismay realized we weren't single and spouses weren't on the trip....suddenly Mr. Happy Salesman became not so happy and let us know it too. No welcome packet...no coupons...nothing. Oh and also thanks for calling our room at 8am to try to get this current owner another tour when you could see we arrived very late. Not happy that you would treat one customer different than another. Shuttle to strip was great...pool area was superb.

Convient Hotel

Location: Hofbrauhaus
Great room, good off strip location. Appears to be a timeshare used as a hotel. I had a one bedroom with a dinette and LR.
