Room was not spotless. We found what looked like a small blood stain on the top left of the bed. Found some trash that was left from previous guests. Balcony was not accessible. Check in was smooth and a great experience. Check out, the lady was a little grumpy. Didn't use any of the facilities. Walk to the casino was nice. Felt very safe with a ton of security.

One thing that disappointed me was the balcony was locked! I wanted to take some pictures out there, they even had a whole spiel about not throwing anything over the balcony which, obviously I didn’t have to worry about it. I couldn’t even get out there.

There was an issue with the billing as the amount paid by Expedia had not been applied. Chanel from the Palms Place office did a great job of providing quick resolution and credit to solve this. Valet staff are very prompt and courteous.
