the room was great, very clean. The people working at the hotel were all very friendly/ helpful. On the downside, there were very few lamps in the living room area of the room. Quite dark. Also, the shower was difficult to get into due to the shower door only swinging in one direction. Finally, it is time to replace the towels. They feel like they have gone thru too many washings.

The room had great space, but it was not cleans oily hand prints running down the wall above the couch, the couch cushions had the largest dark stains on them. They were flipped over to hid the stains but once you take them out to pull out the bed you see everything. Didn’t not feel comfortable allowing my baby sleep in that bed. Small kitchen provided but no utensils in the entire room. I found 3 piece of broken glass on the floor near the sink was not able to let me baby crawl around safely.

The room were beautiful. Bed was a little hard. And, also the room were non smoking, I did find cigarettes butts, on the balconies. And the room the bedroom periodically smelled like it had previously been smoked in. But my overall stall was nice.

The room was spacious and very clean. Loved the balcony view of the strip. The original room I was placed in had an old shower head that sprayed water all over the place. I had to go back down to the front desk and ask for a new room. I did notice that in both rooms, the bathroom sinks drained extremely slow. Other than that my stay was great.

Room was spotless! The girl who checked us in was so kind and very helpful. The housekeeper we ran into on our way out spoke Spanish to us and that's always a plus in my book! She was sweet and wished us well on our way home.

The room was clean overall, except for some pink mold in the corner of the bathtub. Luckily, I had a cleaning agent with me and was able to remove it. I took a bath in it twice — it’s the deepest bathtub I’ve ever been in. The fridge worked fine, especially compared to some of the complaints I’d read on other rating sites. The room also included utensils and a functioning microwave, which was convenient. Aside from that, the service was good and very professional. I’d like to thank the person who checked me in and out; he was very professional with no attitude at all. I may come back again for another concert event. Thank you for the service!

The room was nice, but the bathtub had a lot of dirt or sand from a previous guest, the balcony was locked, and the fireplace didn't work. We didn't get to use the space as intended so it was a waste of a stay sadly.

Clean, spacious room. Very nice bathroom. Deep/jetted tub. Nice view of the city at night. The check in took a little long because they couldn’t find my reservation which wasn’t so bad. Only down side was getting woken up twice in the middle of the night by people screaming profanity at each other in the hallway but I would definitely recommend this hotel.
