The rooms are a good size but are a little tired, showing their age. There isn't any room service which is pretty weak for any hotel. Uber Eats works but it feels like 2 stars.

Curtains didn’t shut all the way, draft at the entry door caused whistling which kept me up, weird mini fridge setup with one stacked above the other. Bath tub looked like it was about 50 years old. Jets in the bath tub squirted water up like the Bellagio fountains so don’t expect to keep your hair dry if you use it. No answer at the front desk when calling and no info given at check that there is no coffee in the room and no info about WiFi or anything at check in. At least it was clean. But it was loud and difficult to sleep.

Room was pretty good, but no cutlery , dishes or extra glasses. Tub had a few problems but was fixed quite quickly by the hotel. I could not access the balcony due to being locked. Also noticed that some appliances like the iron and hairdryer were broken .. .worked but had broken pieces, which is a bit disappointing considering this being a SPA hotel.
