Welcome to my lovely home for a fabulous vacation, or a business endeavor . . This is a 1-story home with pool, palm trees, an abundance of flowers, fruit trees and unobstracted mountain views. Kitchen is well stocked with many amenities,spices, etc. I welcome up to 4 guests and 3 bedrooms/ baths and useage of the entire house. I'm located in the Northwest of Las Vegas, close to shopping , 10 minutes to an orchard, with organic fruits and vegetables, 10 min to casinos, but yet secluded in a quiet safe neighborhood. Just 15 min. to Mt. Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, golfing, 30 min. to the Strip; 60 min. to Hoover Damm, Lake Mead, couple of minutes to Tule Springs Park, and a few hours to Scott's Castle in Death Valley or Valley of Fire. Las Vegas is centrally located to reach an abundance of many tourist attractions like Grand Canyon, Brice Canyon, Antelope Valley, Lake Powell just to name a few....

Comfortable and great location
This is our third long term stay with Sigrid. We love everything about the home. It's comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen and baths. Sigrid is a wonderful hostess and truly cares about your comfort and privacy. She makes you feel like family. The residential location is close to shopping and restaurants, and an easy commute to the strip. We will definitely return when in Las Vegas.

Everything you need
The property was just as listed. It was perfect in every way. It was an open floor plan which was perfect for having an infant. Very clean. The host was very accommodating. She answered all our questions. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great. The neighborhood was very safe. The pool was great as well. Since it was really windy and a bit chilly we couldn't enjoy the pool alot, even though it is heated. The spa was a big plus and also heated. The back yard was very secluded and pretty. We had 4 adults and and 1 infant. There was plenty room for all. We simply enjoyed our stay, it was very inviting. Sigrid is a great host with a beautiful place.I would definitely stay again.

Tranquil mini-retreat on the outskirts of Las Vegas
The home was very roomy, of high-quality, and quiet. The pool was nice to look at and the hot tub was great for relaxing. The host showed us how to operate everything and reviewed the basic rules of the house. The property is located about 20 minutes from the strip so it is a small jaunt but worth it to get away from the lights and the noise when you are trying to sleep. We visited the nearby Lamb park as well as the two preserves (Red Rock and Desert Wildlife) that were both only 15 to 20 minutes away by car. The trips to downtown/strip each day were easy and fast.

No Privacy
It was odd from the very beginning. The homeowner was there in the home when we arrived and did not leave the property. She did stay in a separate suite on the other side of the garage. That was not mentioned to us until we got there. The home had all the smoke detectors taken down and no window coverings on several windows including the glass doors to the main bedroom and no doors on the main bathroom so everyone could see directly into the tub and shower area from the kitchen, eating area, and even from the backyard. We were also told we could not use the 3-car garage or the main part of the driveway closest to the home in January because she might leave and need to go in and out. There were wet washcloths and hand towels in the bathrooms. There are also smart devices around the home including in the main bedroom that had notes on them that said not to unplug or turn off. At this point, we left!

By renting this place, our visit has become the best. The place was exactly the same it was mentioned in the advertisement. Ms. Sigrid, she made us feel so welcome. She explained us everything so well. She offered us come snacks on arrival, few welcome notes and sweets. She was always available for any query. She allowed us to use her office space too. Talking about the house , it is fully equipped. Kitchen, it has everything in it. The variety of utensils etc. all the bedrooms were so clean, the bedding, bathrooms , towels . We were given everything so extra. The house is so clean, decorated with fresh colorful flowers,there were NO restrictions at all. Number of different board games, baking stuff, library, Telly ,swimming, spa etc.there is so much to do. Ma.Sigrid, is living in the outhouse, but she never disturb guests at all until you call her for help. Altogether, it was amazing to be here, she is an amazing host. Hope to visit this city again and to stay here would be a bonus. we would definitely recommend this place to stay.

This property is fantastic, well maintained, clean with all the amenities a family needs. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The house is a comfortable with an open layout, has a large kitchen/family room, large bed rooms and beautiful backyard. This kitchen is very well stocked with everything a cook needs. Sigrid, the host, was very kind, thoughtful and was available if needed. We enjoyed her very much! I thoroughly recommend this property.
