This is a great place. Plenty of room to relax. 10 to 15 mins from the strip. Check-in was detailed and easy. Good access to highways if you are visiting Hoover Dam or the Grand Canyon. 15 to 20 mins from airport depending on traffic. If I find myself in Vegas again, if it’s available I will use it.

The host was extremely responsive. When we got there late at night the sink had leaked, leaving a large wet area (I stepped into the wet rug in the dark), but that was fixed the next day, and when I asked for an ironing board (there was an iron but no ironing board) she got one there later that day. Overall this place is a very good value for two bedrooms at a reasonable price in Vegas. The bathrooms have been remodeled nicely. The apartment complex is definitely older and a lower-cost area - it isn't gated, but we didn't feel unsafe. Next time we'll choose somewhere that's in a little bit nicer area and closer to the southern end of The Strip.

Quiet apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Plenty of room for 4 people. Host was very responsive. Not much I would change. Would have liked better lighting in bedroom with tv, otherwise everything was great!

Very nice host. Very responsive and personable. We thought the host did a wonderful job in decorating and even had some wonderful and tasteful seasonal decorations for Christmas that we enjoyed very much. It was an easy drive to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center where we attended the Cowboy Christmas for the NFR.

This property was amazing. It was very clean, cozy, and seemed to provide everything we needed to feel at home. The decor was beautifully coordinated in every room.
