The room was fair but had the typical old, cheap motel smell and was very noisy. The walls and ceiling were thin and plumbing was also noisy. Very nice people working there. Brunch was pretty good but not enough room or seating for all patrons.

The hotel advertised free airport shuttle, and that’s a very important reason I booked here. However, when I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel and they told me that there’s no airport shuttle today. On top of that, the room is barely sound proof. We can hear all different kinds of noise, including noise from upstairs, from hallway, even at 5am from the breakfast area.

Friendly staff. Great rooms. Was actually quiet. Can’t remember the last time I had a quiet room in Las Vegas. My only issue is the lack of an elevator and being on the 3rd floor.

Thank you Best Western for a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, they provided breakfast and shuttle to the airport. Lawanda was so helpful in the evening when asking questions. I will come back to stay again and recommend to others.

The room size is very small with 2 queen beds and hardly any space in the room to walk. No lift and they didn’t repair it for almost 4 days. Breakfast is decent. The parking is congested and limited. you will be lucky if you get parking in the facility. Otherwise you have to park in the street which I feel bit unsafe. We felt only breakfast is good. The staff are friendly too.

Airport shuttle good, brkfst food; eggs, sausage potatoes good, Jimmy dean egg sausage in fridge was stale and had mold on it. Please add yogurt and salsa to your bkfst. Good noise control, could not hear airplane noises at all in my room. Woman at desk were great.
