This home is near the freeway. Walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores and the community casino is about 5 minutes away and 20 mins (17.1 mi) from the house going to the stadium. From the entrance of the house you can see a 3 way fire place which also leads you to the backyard. The 3 way fire place can also be seen from the kitchen and the family room.
There is a water fall which connects to the pool, the water fall is man-made which you can sit under the water and can swim in the pool. Also there is a spa.
With a tropical backyard. There is a 3 car driveway parking plus there is RV parking availability.
Also please be mindful that the garage is unavailable at this time.
There are surveillance devices on the outside of the property, Doorbell camera, backyard at the pool camera , driveway camera , side of the house ( RV parking ) camera .

Attend NHRA Race - Ford Perf Nationals

Property was very nice and the location for us was great. Close to Costco, Walmart, and numerous restaurants. We were away for most the daytime attending events and really enjoyed relaxing in the evenings at this property.
