Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your recent stay with us and giving us the opportunity to expand on what you have written so that other guests may benefit from your review. We are indeed under new ownership and management as of a few short days ago. We are certainly going to be undergoing renovations and improvements but in the few short days we have had control of the hotel we have only been focused on cleaning. Renovations begin this week. However, we will be keeping the hotel as close to it's original character as possible while adding a polish to this gem of a hotel. We are sorry to read of your disappointment. We would encourage you to reach out to us privately so we may discuss your stay further, if you would be open to this.
