Located right on Crystal Bay, this gorgeous home offers its guests VIP access to the waters of Lake Tahoe! The back deck hosts gorgeous views of the water and the surrounding mountains, giving your getaway a picturesque backdrop. Off the deck, you will find a set of stairs that will take you down to the beach and a shared marina dock where you can spend your summer vacation sunbathing, swimming, boating, and more. The interior decor of this vacation rental is sure to help you relax and leave all of your worries behind; it's homey and the large windows facing the water let plenty of sunlight in. Grill your meals on the deck as you take in the marvelous Lake Tahoe views.

Aside from unbeatable lake access, this home also has quick access to other Incline Village activities. The center of town is only two miles away and is home to several restaurants, breweries, parks, and other attractions. Not even a half-mile further is Incline Village Championship Golf Course, so be sure to pack your golf clubs so you can enjoy hitting balls on the greens. During the winter season, you can spend the day tearing up the powder at Diamond Peak Ski Resort, a brief four and a half mile-drive from your front door.

THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
