Booked the room ($81) a week and a half prior to stay. Chose the pay at hotel option. And received confirmation text and emails. When I got to the hotel, after showing my ID, gave my phone number, and showed the confirmation text and emails, was told there was no reservation under my information. I couldn’t get into Travelocity as both the phone signal and WiFi are horrible at the hotel, and as I just Ubered there for an event for work and had bags boxes and equipment with me, I couldn’t drag it all around while looking for another hotel …was forced to take a walk in rate of $140. I was told as there was no record of my reservation I would not be charged a no show fee on my reservation. I was given room 304 all 3 beds had mismatched pillows and numerous burn holes in the bedspread, a picture was missing leaving a board with exposed nails, the fan in the connected bedroom was barely attached to the ceiling with wood screws , the smoke detector was missing having been ripped out of the base, the light fixture in the bathroom was rusted and covered in spiderwebs and dead bugs, and to e shower head was covered in calcium deposits. In the morning after checking out and already at work setting up our event I got notification that I was charged a no show fee. So after working all day at the event I had to give up my ride home to head back to the hotel to fix the charges. I was told by the front desk worker (same as check in and checkout) that Travelocity charged me no
