The bellmen were so friendly, helpful and personable. The parking easy. The checkin staff is very helpful and happy. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and the balcony was great. The pool was amazing for the kids. They enjoyed the slide and the pupu from the bar was great. I loved the water coolers all around easy access.

Wonderful friendly staff. The amenities are great. The lower level atmosphere was what you would expect from a tropical Hilton resort. Unfortunately that is where it ends. the rooms are clean but extremely outdated, no design, a mashup of different styles that do not go together. There was a complete lack of a Hawaiian vibe. The baseboard was falling off the wall. The outside halls are a complete eyesore with vibrant pink walls and turquoise tile. The carpeted areas are a green and brown that clash with the pink and turquoise. In the week that we were there the halls leading to the rooms were never cleaned or vacuumed. This resort definitely needs a makeover.

Great for the whole family

This was a great location and place for our party of 10. Easy walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Loved the guest laundry and the kids loved the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here again.
