Run around by United Airlines after flight to La Guardia was cancelled saying it was cancelled by Air Traffic Control not “their fault”. This airport is very confusing. Worse experience at an airport ever.

good location, but not in good condition. problems with plumbing in the room for the 3 days I was there. hotel tried to fix the problem, but it was more than one person could fix with limited tools.

No working heat in the room. They brought in a space heater. Unacceptable. Not ADA accessible. No showet chair for my disabled husband. Good food in restaurant.

Hotel was freezing in late Sept, air conditioned to 65 degrees, with no way to get heat or open a window. One thin blanket provided, with another thin blanket upon request that didn't cover the bed. No curtains on the windows except sheers, so no darkness and no privacy. Expected (based on their website) to be able to park for free while I travelled by air, but was charged extra. Pluses were that the room and bath were well appointed. Shuttle to the airport was convenient and on time.

Excellent hotel for price

Pros: Large room, clean, price.
Cons: Have a working internet connection!!
Location: It was close to the airport. Not sure what else was there since I was there only for a quick overnight stay.
We had a large room at a great price. The room was nice and clean. Only negative part was the complementary Wi-Fi internet connection was really bad...it was almost non-existent. As soon as you think you're connected, you're disconnected again. Couldn't get on at all to do a check-in for my flight for the following day.
