The check in was very hectic. Everyone standing in line cars trying to get in and out of the parking was. Crazy. If they had sent a questionair out would be easier. We had 4 cars coming and I had to try and contact them and get all their vehicle info. After many hrs dealing with traffic there must be an easier way thank you once we got settled in it was a nice place

Staff is great. Very clean. The rooms are tired and need to be renovated. Bathroom sinks are low. Toilets are low. The tvs are not wifi.

The staff was attentive and responsive when needed. The couch and chairs were very uncomfortable = stiff and hard.

The property was beautiful and so was the unit. We loved the little sun room and patio. The coffee shop was closed even though it was said it was supposed to be open but that was the only thing that was at all wrong. We loved this place and would like to come back
