The check in was very hectic. Everyone standing in line cars trying to get in and out of the parking was. Crazy. If they had sent a questionair out would be easier. We had 4 cars coming and I had to try and contact them and get all their vehicle info. After many hrs dealing with traffic there must be an easier way thank you once we got settled in it was a nice place

The property was beautiful and so was the unit. We loved the little sun room and patio. The coffee shop was closed even though it was said it was supposed to be open but that was the only thing that was at all wrong. We loved this place and would like to come back

Didn't realize it was a shared entry with one unit being upstairs since we are elderly & have difficulty with the stairs. Unit was very well equipped & everything in working order. Only complaints were toilet seat in 1 bathroom was about to come off, both toilets were low (we are used to higher toilets) & shower in 1 bathroom shower curtain had no liner & was way too long so entire bottom got wet.

Checking in was very slow. We had four children with us and it took forever. It also would be helpful for there to be an activities calendar or binder showing things that are available to do. Otherwise, our stay was worth it.

The only issue I had was the kitchen sink faucet didn't work. only the sprayer. I got a nice spray, close to my face when I turned the water on to wash my hands. The water came out of the sprayer (stuck in the on position) so when you turn the water on it starts to spray. I thought I was being "punked" lol
