First of all it took forever to check in then it stormed so they weren’t able to make a door key due to stormy weather so security had to come let us in after we drove around in a thunderstorm we drove around and around and could not find the unit we were suppose to stay in the lady at registration wrote the wrong address we finally were able to get in and ate dinner at 11:00 pm.

One night stay-place more geared towards extended
More space than I thought I was getting. Nice to have two bathrooms-master bathroom was HUGE. Comfortable but not as clean as other hotels I’ve stayed in. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit! There was a strong smell in the villa of foods that had been cooked in the kitchen by people who stayed in there sometime prior (Coriander? Curry? Turmeric?). The strong smell in our rooms bothered my daughter. We only stayed for 1 night so we managed but we wouldn’t have wanted to smell that for an extended stay. Guest services members were all super friendly and helpful. Check out by dropping keys at gate when leaving was helpful.

I have stayed at this resort a couple of times, but this was the first time I had a lot of things in my room that was not properly clean or checked, Guest room, sheet and bedspread was dirty, dining room chandelier was loose, but maintenance did come to fix it, and guest twin bed was missing a leg, maintenance came and fixed the bed, Also no soap, shampoo, conditioner, in the main bedroom, I will give them a pass on all of this, because I stayed here before with no problems whatsoever, And it’s still a nice place to bring the kids

Very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The deep tub was a treat and very soothing after all the walking at the parks. The kitchen was clean as well. It's family-friendly and we will stay here again.

Our sofa bed was broken, maintenance came to look at it. Staff was rude with their responses. We ended up getting put into a different room. It was very inconvient being a family of 6 and having to move our stuff again. 1st villa was very dirty and smelled bad. Didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. 2nd one was ok. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again

This was a great place for our low-key family vacation. The summer was so busy so it was nice to find a place where we could crash and do as little or as much as possible. The room size, bedrooms, kitchen and the pools were all perfect for this. The fitness center was excellent. The only minor things that I wish had been better were as follows: the cabinet doors were falling off in the master, the shampoo had also fallen off and bracket was broken, the towels were pretty but non-absorbent. This was the same for the dish towels, we ate almost all meals in our room and conldve used a little better amenities and the dishwasher ran a full pots and pans mode cycle for hours and the dishes were clean. The master bed was pretty hard. The main entrance to our building also smelled like smoke. Sounds like a lot but we really had a great time and I believe they are upgrading and rebranding soon. Hopefully this will improve the level.

Grimy, dirty. Would not stay here even for free.
We were very excited about the amenities and the online presentation. However, when we arrived, we were incredibly put off by the filth in the room and how outdated it was. It was definitely not worth the high price tag once we realized that they had put us in the "free timeshare room". The bathroom and kitchen appeared to have not been cleaned (just tidied) from the previous guests. When we called housekeeping and explained the situation and asked for them to clean it for us, they agreed. We left to get groceries and returned to find that they did come to the room and remove a hair from the tub, but did not make any effort to clean anything. The only reason for more than one star is because they agreed to refund our money when we refused to stay.
