Excellent Service. The staff was friendly and very helpful. When I first arrived, I was put in an occupied room by accident. Staff fixed it right away. The correct room I was put in had a strange smell. It was very clean and neat, but had a stale smell that the first room did not have. That is only complaint, but did not make a big deal since we were only staying one night. Other than the smell, my experience was very enjoyable.

It was further from town than I imagined. Available coffee in lobby was terrible.

The staff was pleasant. Went to room and did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Did not know that i had to request one until i checked out.

Found a small bug in my room on the wall and was able to kill it.. j loved the fact the pool was open even tho it was cold outside..

Overall this hotel was a decent place to stay. It was an easy walk to the historic parts of Colonial Williamsburg. I loved being able to walk back and forth, and not worry about moving the car and finding a lot to park in. The hotel itself was nice inside. The only problem we had was the elevator was out of order all weekend, so we were constantly walking up 4 flights of stairs. The room was just ok. When you walk into it, it looks like it has recently been redone and it looks really pretty. Then you walk into the bathroom and that’s clearly where they stopped- both renovating and cleaning. It disgusts me to find the shower and toilet obviously dirty from the previous guest, aside from the tile that’s chipping off and discolored. I would still probably stay here again because of the location. I could overlook the out of date bathroom if it were at least clean...
