Housekeeping was also more limited than we expected, as towels were not replaced daily. While this may be part of the hotel’s policy, it would have been helpful to know this in advance. On the positive side, the property was clean and served its basic purpose as a place to stay while exploring London. However, the room size and lack of storage space made the experience less comfortable than we had anticipated based on the listing."
