The box that controlled the lighting didn't work on one side of the bed. These are small things but should have been checked. Breakfast wasn't great, it was so busy that by the time you actually filled your plate it was barely warm enough to eat. £20 each for breakfast is a lot so found Wetherspoons a 10 min walk away which cost less than that for 2 people and more importantly it was hot."
