Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Once again food was delicious in the evening and breakfast was truly first class with plenty of selection of hot and cold food. Room was clean and comfortable and bed was amazing

A lovely quirky hotel close to Hertfordshire University. Many food places close by however, the onsite restaurant was delicious and the staff friendly, polite and welcoming. The rooms were generous sized and well equipped for our stay. We would definitely return.

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting family. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. The bedrooms were comfortable with large comfy bed and lovely shower room. Breakfast was first class. We are seasoned travellers and it is possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed in for the price.
