"Stayed 8 nights here on our trip to London! Hotel was modern, clean, quiet and close to many restaurants. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating as well. Especially Joyce from the kitchen/room service, the doormen, and the servers at The Origin (the hotels restaurant). Would stay again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! Every member of staff we came into contact with were so pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was spot on, we had everything we needed in our room and none of us had any complaints at all. The beds were clean and comfortable, with extra pillows provided if needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area. I can't think of anything negative. It is not the Ritz, so if you expect that then you will be disappointed. It is, however, a clean and tidy hotel, with wonderful staff and very reasonable price."
